I’ve been coming to The Glass Knife for years now for brunch and for dessert. And every time it’s still just as great! Their coffee is amazing! Their desserts, especially the chocolate cake are fantastic. And brunch no matter what you have is always great as well. The staff are also very kind, patient and helpful! I’ve never had any issues getting a table, even on the weekend. The service is always quick and great as well. Always highly recommend The Glass Knife!

Here’s the updated version: The Glass Knife exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The cappuccino, made with Onyx coffee beans, was one of the best we’ve had—rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared. A special thank you to Haley, our server, who provided amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is beautiful, the pastries are incredible, and everything about our visit was exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we ordered was wonderful. The manager JR was incredibly kind and attentive. I mentioned that my coffee was a little too strong for my taste—but that’s completely on me, I’m a bit of a lightweight when it comes to coffee! Without hesitation, he brought me another cup, and it was absolutely perfect. That level of customer service really stood out. Our server, Joscelin, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Excellent food, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Was craving some “bougie” sweets and this place came to mind being it’s in Winter Park! I like the atmosphere… nostalgia w/the photo of 80s public phone… the service/customer service was pleasant but surprisingly my dessert did not meet expectations especially for the price … sadly! I probably will visit again because I did like the ambiance & the smell of coffee was enticing… I’ve had my share of sweets in my life but unfortunately not a fan of the over priced dessert!!

I took my husband on a little date and found this place on google. Let me tell you, this was an amazing find and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I almost selfishly don’t want to tell anyone about it so I can keep it to myself lol. The food quality is amazing and the prices do not break your bank! I told our waitress Kenzie that the chefs reminded me of next level chef with how well they elevate dishes and present them! Kenzie was also amazing! She was sweet and attentive making sure to answer all our questions and make suggestions as well. I am so happy I decided to give this place a shot! I had a matcha latte iced (best I’ve ever had) and avocado and egg toast. My husband had an espresso martini and the chicken salad croissant. We also ordered the crème brûlée doughnut, macrons, vanilla cake, & carrot cake with the cutest bunny booty on it! We also had the feta spread which was to die for! Give this place a shot because you won’t regret it!
